We stand behind the quality of our coffee and your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a money-back guarantee on eligible purchases, subject to the terms below.
Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Because we sell perishable goods, we are unable to accept returns on any opened coffee products or items not in their original condition.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
