Due to the perishable nature of our products, we offer a money-back guarantee only if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@lilis-coffee.com with photos and details.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned product.
